Data deletion request

If you would like to permanently delete your Goofy account and all associated data, please create a ticket in the Goofy app:

1. Open the Goofy-App
2. Go to  Profile
3. Select Help Desk
4. Create a new ticket with the subject Data deletion

Please ensure that you include the following information in your request:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your Goofy account
• A brief confirmation that you wish to permanently delete all your data

We will process your request within  30 Days and send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete. Please note that once your data has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.
