2. Scope
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between GoGoofy UG (limited liability) (hereinafter referred to as "Goofy") and the users of the platform, both service providers ("Goofy Partners") and customers.

3. Goofy Services
Goofy offers a platform (website & app) that connects customers with service providers. Booking, execution, and payment for services are handled directly between the parties. Goofy merely provides the infrastructure and assumes no liability for the services provided.

4. Registration and User Account

• Use of the platform requires registration.
• Users must provide truthful information and keep their login details secure.
• Goofy reserves the right to block or delete accounts if the Terms and Conditions are violated.

5. Booking & Payment

• Customers can book service providers via the platform.
• Payment can be made directly via the app or on-site.
• Cancellations and refunds are subject to the respective terms and conditions of the service provider.

6. User Obligations

• Service providers are obligated to provide their services properly and reliably.
• Customers must keep appointments or cancel them in a timely manner.
• Fraud, fake reviews, or unethical behavior will result in account suspension.

7. Disclaimer

• Goofy is not responsible for the quality of the services provided.
• Damage, delays, or breaches of contract between customers and service providers are not the responsibility of Goofy.
• The platform may be temporarily restricted or subject to maintenance.

8. Data Protection
Goofy processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Users agree to the storage and use of their data within the platform. Les utilisateurs acceptent le stockage et l'utilisation de leurs données sur la plateforme.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Goofy reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be informed of changes and agree to them by continuing to use the platform.

10. Final Provisions

• The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
• Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions remains unaffected.
